The Office Assistant/Housekeeper on a property plays a key role in the team by delivering a world-class customer experience to clients through marketing outreach, advertising, leasing, resident outreach, administrative duties, resident loyalty events, cleaning of common areas and vacant units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Showing rental properties on site
- Assist in the lease signing process, includes preparing lease paperwork.
- Provide "World Class Customer Service" to those that they interact with and serve daily.
- Generate new ideas to problems or innovates around already established approaches.
- Plan and organize tasks in an efficient productive manner.
- Focus on assigned key priorities.
- Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Use empathy to understand the needs of others and take action to meet clients' needs.
- Look for ways to improve and promote quality performance.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities. Cope effectively with complexity. Flex around new ideas, processes, or environments.
- Data entry of resident information and payables.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
- Check inventory of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area including cabinets and appliances.
- Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs.
- Sweep, vacuum, polish, and mop hardwood, and tile floors.
- Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and disposes of waste.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Most Saturday's required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE
- A high School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license
