**Branch Manager (Retail Mortgage) - Remote**
at Sprout Mortgage LAS VEGAS, NV Sprout Mortgage is looking for a Branch Sales Manager to manage the day-to-day sales activities of their branch and overall origination processes within defined targeted goals. The Branch Sales Manager is expected to identify partnership opportunities and develop strong business relationships while effectively coaching, managing, and motivating a high-performance sales team. The manager will ensure that loan officers meet sales production goals, without compromising the promise of excellent customer service and assure that every loan is originate in compliance with regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will require strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication skills and exceptional follow-through.
**Responsibilities**
* 3+ years of successful external/outside retail mortgage origination experiences with an emphasis on self-sourced business.
* Proven track record of 2+ years of hiring, motivating, and/or managing a sales force in the mortgage industry; and/or demonstrated ability to hire, motivate and manage sales staff.
* Proven sales experience with the ability to meet production standards set for Branch production.
* History of ability to direct the work of mortgage loan officers. (Including setting and monitoring of goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection)
* Proven history of established and documented referral partner relationships in the market in which they are applying (e.g., realtors, builders, attorneys, financial advisors, or CPAs).
**Requirements**
* 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role in customer service, human resources, operations, business development, or sales management
* Must have strong judgment and decision-making skills and excellent communication skills
* Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
* Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations
* Current NMLS or state license preferred
