We have an opening available for a Store Manager, the candidate must have prior store management experience to be considered.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Open, close and manage store as scheduled
- Supervise staff
- Responsible for P&L of store
- Ensure customer service
- Perform sales to contractors and home owners
- Sell LBM, hardware, tools and paint
- Purchasing stock and special order materials
- Control day to day operations
- Vendor negotiation
Manager Qualifications:- Lumber & Building materials, hardware, tools and paint sales experience
- Lumber & Building materials, hardware, tools and paint product knowledge
- Benjamin Moore paint product knowledge helpful
- Five years+ retail management experience
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills - Epicor BisTrack will be used
