We are seeking an innovative and experienced Content Specialist to join our marketing team at Cirrus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, write, and edit content assets (emails, web pages, social posts, videos, webinars, ROI calculators) to attract, engage, and convert prospects
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and thought leadership, engagement, and leads
- Manage customer reference program and collaborate with the marketing team to create customer success stories
- Create and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns
- Help define Cirrus SEO strategy through ongoing keyword and competitive research
- Own social media and content calendar and monitor/report on results
- Utilize AI tools to provide scale for content creation
- Work with the designer to build new web pages and content assets
- Measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI on a weekly & monthly basis.
Requirements
- Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social content creation and strategy; tactics and trends; and knowledge of best practices
- Understanding of SEO and digital performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written communication skills with published online content
- High attention to detail and focus on quality output
- Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented and enthusiastic approach
- Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills with those of diverse organizational levels and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with key stakeholders from other departments
