We are looking for a Learning Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. Our partners are an extension of our own marketing efforts and therefore a strategic lever of growth for us. So it s essential that our learning communications for partners are clear, consistent and engaging. We work with these partners to educate their sales agents so they can more effectively sell packages that include our brand. This role will support the learning initiatives that service our global marketing partners in APAC, EMEA, and The Americas.
The Partner Marketing Learning opportunity provides leadership, strategy, program management, and LMS administration that has a direct impact on our partners, our customers, and the business. This role has the opportunity to impact the learning experiences for thousands of amazing partner sales agents around the world.
Responsibilities
Program Strategy and Management
Consult and act as a thought leader and partner on learning program design, ensuring alignment around key priorities and initiatives
Set program vision and curriculum strategy, and execute new course development
Identify gaps in learning and curriculum needs and prioritize paths forward for success
Define, document and scope all learning projects
Own the end to end program management from strategy through course design, LMS management, reporting and demonstrating impact of the program
Implement new ways of working and recommend tooling solutions
Manage 3rd party vendors and operations (contracting, renewals, add-ons)
Manage budget and collaborate on vendor selection
Facilitate course and Docebo translations between regional Partner Marketing leads and localization teams
Stakeholder Management
Build and foster strong relationships with Partner Marketing Managers across the globe and act as an effective voice for learning initiatives
Be an active partner to the overall Partner Marketing business by collaborating on learning opportunities, priorities, and impact
Collaborate with other business leaders and transform operational opportunities into L&D opportunities
LMS Administration
Deliver platform-level support for Docebo (downtime, bugs, functionality, etc.)
Support with content upload and reporting
Deliver roadmap updates and communication from Docebo for product enhancements
Dedicated live training for admins, vendors, and program leadership (Docebo, Articulate Rise/Storyline, etc.)
Requirements:
7+ years of learning and development experience
Hands-on Learning Management System experience with Docebo
Proficient using Rise 360/Articulate Storyline and/or other training authoring tools
Ability to flex between high level thinking and leadership while managing tactical responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
Passion for consistency/standards and a very strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work with global teams in different timezones
Curiosity about marketing partnerships and the impact on the business
Pay Rate Range:
$110-125/hr.
