**Customer Service Support Representative**

The individual must be a self-starter, energetic, and strong team player. The role ties directly to our customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth objectives. This individual must be comfortable working with team members, customers and assisting the sales management team.

**Job Function**

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phones, emails, and online chat.

* Process orders, answer questions, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction via professional customer support.

* Input orders in ERP computer system.

eCommerce orders

* Process orders.

* Confirming inventory, inputting sales orders, setup back-orders on out-of-stock inventory.

* Communicating with customers on the status of orders making sure customer is happy with the level of service.

Customer Returns:

* Process customer returns.

* Issue refunds & credits.

* Coordinate with QC responses to customers.

* Issue Call Tags and Returns of shipments.

* Communicate with customers on steps in the process.

Assist Sales and CSR Manager with:

* Account Transfers.

* Distribution of inbound email and correspondence.

* Assist with other duties on an as needed basis.

Process orders for Amazon and assist with large customer order processing and follow-up.

* Data entry of samples, correspondence being sent to customers and prospects.

* Other projects as deemed necessary from time to time.

**Required Skills & Training:**

* Must be detail oriented.

* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills.

* Proficient in standard Microsoft applications.

* Be a solid team member within the Customer Service & Sales group.

* Product knowledge training: On-going products, packaging, and industry knowledge training.

* Systems knowledge training: Sample packets, Microsoft D365 training entering prospects, converting prospects to customers etc.
