Parts Specialist

LHH is collaborating with a company seeking a Regional Parts Specialist to contribute to their operations. The individual in this role will focus on various responsibilities to support customer needs and ensure efficient processes within the organization. Key functions include:

  • Providing customer support to identify and quote spare parts for the product line.
  • Processing incoming quotes and orders from direct sales customers.
  • Communicating effectively with overseas factories to support USA customers.
  • Managing order processing activities including quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving, and invoice processing.
  • Handling return authorizations for customers and processing credit card purchases via the online credit card system.
  • Engaging in customer service through phone calls, email communication, and internal request systems.
  • Daily follow-up on open quotes and orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducting account status checks, updating account information, and entering new customer data into the system.
  • Uploading and assisting in the maintenance of customer accounting documents in coordination with the accounting team.
  • Generating continuous reports using Excel within internal systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude to comprehend part and electrical drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service phone skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience with SAP and CRM systems.
