Mid to Senior Level Capital Markets Attorney

Our client is a global firm, seeking a mid to senior level U.S. capital markets associate for its New York, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or Los Angeles offices. The salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $390,000, and may vary depending upon a range of factors.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working with underwriters, issuers, and placement agents related to IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings.
• Understanding of '34 Act work is helpful, although not required.
• Juris Doctor degree is required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice [or ability to become admitted].
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills; team-focused.
