Works under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Production Lead in a fast-paced production environment. Performs work which may present some complexity with minimum supervision. Performs repetitive tasks including but not limited to dismantling/assembly or receiving/picking various size components (dependent on location). Complies with work procedures and all quality standards which apply to the operational functions while supporting DENSO's Business Policy. This is an entry level position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works in a fast-paced work environment and achieves daily productivity goals.

2. Dependent on location, may handle previously used alternators and starters that have been exposed to wear and tear, are dirty, contains rust, grease and oils.

3. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the

4. Operates in an environment that includes conveyor and other industrial machinery. Dependent on location, may use specialty made tooling, fixtures, hand-held power tools.

5. Uses an RF gun to perform required operational tasks.

6. Executes tasks with accuracy, within compliance to work instructions and quality standards.

7. Analyzes and resolves or report issues which are encountered during the processes.

8. Pays attention to intricate details, performs work with accuracy, promotes and utilizes work and safety standards on a daily basis.

9. Uses basic math calculations such as add, subtract, verify count and to identify part numbers or product types.

10. Maintains pace with the flow of work while achieving daily productivity quotas in a timely manner.

11. Supports the demands of the operations by being punctual, have the flexibility to work a variety of shift schedules and daily overtime as needed.

12. Abides by Safety protocol, applies safety practices and Denso's policies.

EDUCATION

H.S. diploma or GED required

WORK EXPERIENCE

0-2 years of related experience required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Continuous improvement mindset

Ability to apply process improvement planning and checking to own work output and to assist others with identifying gaps in work results

Demonstrates a high commitment to quality

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel;reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Throughout the course of the day, the employee is often required to sit; climb or stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Depending on location, the employee may be exposed to temperature extremes varying from very hot in summer (up to 100 degrees) to very cold in winter (down to 45 degrees). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally

exposed to moving mechanical parts and material handling equipment, and is regularly exposed to dust and a moderate noise level. A safety vest and protective shoes are required in the warehouse.
