Cultivation Agent

Compensation: $16.00 / hour
Description
Cultivation Agents are not only the caretakers of beautiful budding plants but help keep the plants healthy and on schedule as they get closer to harvest. How? By working closely with the Cultivation Manager and regularly inspecting plants for any kinds of disease, deficiencies, insets, mold, etc.
On the daily
You can expect to clone, trim, prune, top, and train plants. You'll also transplant cannabis plants to their final pots and log movement as they go from room to room (as needed).
You're a great fit if
- You're at least 21 years of age or older.
- Working with your hands is something you find enjoyable.
- You've got a minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility. (Cultivation experience is a plus!)
- You can bend, climb, squat, twist, kneels and stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Being positive and working well with others comes naturally to you.
- You're curious and willing to support other departments by cross-training at the facility.
