Technology that supports the buildings and industry of today and tomorrow requires a wide range of talents and skill sets.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers and Field EngineersComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfactionResponsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projectsManage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scopeCoordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issuesManage relationships with sub-contractors, identify issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issuesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED3+ years of Project Management Experience1+ years of experience in Construction, HVAC, and/or Building Automation2+ years of working knowledge with project management tools, MS Project or other project management software, and MS Office applicationsPREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor s degreeAbility to lead and motivate teamsStrong problem-solving, planning, and project management skillsAbility to read and understand scope of workExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting#LI-HybridRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
