Summary:

The assembly department assembles components to a semi-finished or finished product and is responsible for the quality of the delivered work according to the order planning.

Shift:

Nights 6:30 pm-5:00am

Four Ten hour Shifts - Monday through Thursday

Job description

As an assembly mechanic, you receive orders from your supervisor, and you are responsible for the output of assembly work to the conveyor or its components within the given time.

Responsibilities

-Work according to assignments / technical specifications and technical drawings.

-Assembling conveyors or their components

-Fine tuning and testing of the machines according to technical specifications.

-Preforming internal orders inventory and spares

-Placing the machine in the manipulator and preparation

-Performing pre-assembly tasks, such as assembly of plastic parts and clicking of slats

-Periodically perform all-round tasks at external locations / foreign facilities

Participate actively in the development of the products and processes.

Essential Duties

-Responsible for the quality and quantity of the delivered work

-Responsible for the cleanliness and safety at the workplace and performance of the work according to the quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

-Responsible for safe, responsible use and daily maintenance of the provided machines and tools

Requirements

-Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
