Our client located in Medina is hiring an Accounting Manager!
This is not a remote position:
Job Duties:
  • Plan, implement, and manage the financial strategy
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
  • Track, prepare and manage CAT tax, sales tax, and royalty payments
  • Perform job costing, budgeting and forecasting
  • Effective communication with management team as well as with customers, vendors, and insurance companies
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Quickbooks experience required
  • Superior Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
