Our client located in Medina is hiring an Accounting Manager!
This is not a remote position:
Job Duties:
- Plan, implement, and manage the financial strategy
- Prepare financial statements
- Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
- Track, prepare and manage CAT tax, sales tax, and royalty payments
- Perform job costing, budgeting and forecasting
- Effective communication with management team as well as with customers, vendors, and insurance companies
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Quickbooks experience required
- Superior Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Strong organization and time management skills, including attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
