Join the Exela Technologies Managed Care Professionals Team as a Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Specialist. Every claim and every client is different! Decision making is required. This position works remotely from a home office, but you must live in greater St. Louis, MO area.
Job Description Functions:
Perform day to day operations in the healthcare Revenue Integrity Program
- Contact respective payer for processing of additional reimbursement underpayment
- Validate underpayment explanation
- Generate Appeals and forward to Project Coordinator for approval
- Interact with healthcare client appointed contact
- Continue underpayment follow-up pursuit per scheduled daily activities until remittance of
- additional reimbursement occurs
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare profession or equivalent experience.
