About Us:
LHH is supporting a search on behalf of a dynamic commercial contracting team shaping the future of construction. We are seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to lead concrete projects from planning to completion.
Role Overview:
As our Concrete Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage concrete projects.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in concrete construction.
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
