Review any wage adjustment suggestions with the Director of Operations/Vice PresidentProvide timely coaching, feedback and disciplinary action up to and including terminationReview cost-to-complete (CTC) with Project Managers and participate in monthly CTC meetingsEnsure that there is consistency in all project management practicesAssist in estimating bid reviews and sales presentations as neededAssist General Manager/Vice President in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planningParticipate in new Project Management assignments and share resources with other Project Management teamsCommunicate changes, updates, company information, etc. to Project Management teamsMaintain responsibility for Cash Flow (Billings and Collections) for all projects assignedParticipate in division key manager meetingsYou should have:A minimum of 10 years related industry experienceExperience of hands-on management of projects with a scope of work exceeding $10mExperience with leading a team of at least three managersRecent project management experience with related scope of workOSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulationsAbility to read and understand project related documents in the English languageAbility to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet smartphone, Microsoft Teams).Deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customersAbility to demonstrate foresight and problem-solving skills to make sound business decisionsAbility to demonstrate a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environmentAbility to work independently without direct supervisionCoordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely mannerMaintain a sense of urgency and remain calm when handling emergenciesAbility to work within precise standards of accuracy, make decisions based on measurable criteria and comprehend technical dataAbility to work a flexible work schedule as required for each particular job/customerBuild and maintain relationships with customers which may include events after normal work hoursTravel as necessary to jobs and meetingApply online: www.ColonialWebb.com/careers.EOE M/W/Disability/VetsTo start your application, select "Manual entry" if you do not want to upload a resume.
