Position: Project Manager
Primary Location: Anagram International, Eden Prairie, MN
Reports To: Director of I.T.
Description
Seeking a project manager to complement a high performing IT organization, in a largely outsourced IT model. The successful candidate will have a positive disposition and can-do attitude. The four areas of responsibility are:
- and negotiate vendor agreements
- as the enterprise product owner for ServiceDesk
- IT accounting and budget management
- the annual operating budget process by partnering with leaders to produce roadmaps, prioritization, and 3 5-year strategic plans
Requirements:

- years as Senior Project Manager or Program Manager
- years using a ticketing system to prioritize, assign, and track change requests or project tasks (e.g., ServiceDesk, JIRA, TFS, etc.)
- years participating in an annual operating budget process
- years supporting departmental purchase order and invoicing processes (departmental accounting)
- to work on-site in the Eden Prairie office 4+ days a week
- communication skills demonstrated in your resume and cover letter
- to drive initiatives from inception to adoption and operational hand-off, meeting schedule, budget, and scope objectives
- to prioritize and deliver across a portfolio of projects
- to lead and deliver enterprise-wide projects (e.g., ERP, HRIS)
- to perform ROI assessments
- to review and negotiate vendor agreements, engage with Legal, and lead procurement of solutions
Preferred Experience:
- a department s annual operating budget process
- chain or manufacturing company experience
- project management experience
- of the following certifications: PMP, Prosci, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma
