If this sounds like you, apply today!Responsibilities:Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsWork with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsField customer complaints when necessaryBookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationGive every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersQualifications:Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsAt least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentAbout Company:We are a great place to work!
