As a Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician, you'll play a pivotal role in our unique care model, focusing on senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach. You'll have the opportunity to address patient needs within the exam room while also considering the impact of social determinants of health on health outcomes.Responsibilities: Provide hands-on patient care within a collaborative care model Lead and actively participate in daily huddles with the Care Team Manage a panel of 18 24 patients per day Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care Engage in general administrative tasks related to patient care, including charting and meetingsQualifications: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willingness to obtain) Current, unrestricted DEA license Preferred: Two to five years of directly applicable experience Preferred: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicatorsBenefits: Guaranteed base salary + 25% bi-annual quality incentive Health insurance effective on your first day of employment Continuing medical education up to $1k CME Allowance/Time Malpractice Insurance Paid Time Off/Holidays Minimal Call 3 weeks of PTO (negotiable)Job Type: Full-timePay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearPrimary Care Specialties: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary CareSchedule: Standard Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; no weekends, and 8 paid holidays off.
