**Expectations**
* Greet all guests during their arrival to the facility and guide customers through the sales process.
* Develop customer relationships to cultivate clientele for life.
* Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their unique needs.
* Enhance the customers experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the vehicles packages and features.
* Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications.
* Willingness to continuously develop product and sales expertise.
* Support the management team in increasing sales by reporting any vehicle problems or shortages to the General Sales Manager.
* Support the sales team by ensuring the new and used car lots are presentable to maximize sales.
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* **No prior automotive sales experience necessary, willingness to learn.**
* Outgoing and friendly personality is a plus!
* Possess a strong work ethic.
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
* Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
