Job Description

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals and a proven track record on safety, quality, budgeting and scheduling.


Select Responsibilities

  • Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
  • Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
  • Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director
  • Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
  • Review subcontract agreements
  • Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
  • Preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the VP/Director


Project types include but are not limited to: Life Science, Healthcare/Hospital, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Cleanroom, Mission Critical.


  • A minimum of 7 years of construction experience as a Project Manager on projects valued over $100M
  • The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project schedule
  • A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items
  • General computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports.
  • Projects led should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work.
