They are hiring for a Project Manager to be based on a confidential mega project in Byhalia, MS - you do not need to be based locally but must be open to regular travel to the site.
You must have experience managing cleanrooms/dry rooms on large-scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for cleanroom and dry room installations, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that cleanroom and dry room installations meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with regulatory guidelines and project specifications.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with cleanroom and dry room construction activities.
Schedule Management
- Develop detailed project schedules, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor progress against established timelines and identify critical path activities.
