Group Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Focus on targeting, engaging, and nurturing business within the group market segment. Prioritize efforts towards boosting mid-week room night bookings and revenue, alongside securing revenue from group-related meetings and food & beverage services.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with all resort departments
Proficiency in conveying customer needs and resolving complaints autonomously
Capability to set, track, and achieve goals
Aptitude for identifying and cultivating accounts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Competency in computer programs such as accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, and Delphi
Strong mathematical and budget analysis skills
Perform tasks with precision, speed, and accuracy
Prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks effectively
Clear thinking and problem-solving with good judgment
Adherence to instructions
Understanding of guest service requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent combination of international degree in Hotel Management or Marketing, along with progressive work experience
Language proficiency in English; fluency in other languages preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury brands
Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
