Legal Case Administrator
The Legal Case Administrator is a pivotal role within our clients organization, ensuring the efficient and successful administration of arbitration and mediation cases. You will play a key role in client satisfaction by providing exceptional case management and fostering strong relationships with legal professionals. We value candidates with exposure & experience working within the legal industry, insurance or litigation claims background. We are looking for someone with customer service & has some account development & sales abilities to help expand & deepen our client relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Case Management Efficiency: Maintain on-time case administration and resolution rate, guaranteeing smooth case flow and timely service delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieve a high degree client satisfaction rating through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and exceeding client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline case administration processes, implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of arbitration and mediation cases submitted by clients, from initiation through conclusion, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including attorneys and senior management, to deliver exceptional client service and support throughout the case lifecycle.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with legal professionals by providing clear and consistent communication, both written and verbal.
- Proactively address client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Utilize the company's case management system to efficiently track case progress, document all activity, and generate accurate reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and legal procedures to ensure case administration adheres to the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience in the legal industry (litigation a plus) or ADR industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and case management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
