Front Office Assistant


Job Details

Our client, a Downtown LA Law Firm is seeking a receptionist to work onsite. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain records, visitor logs, incoming calls and other relevant information
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist with security to office
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Performing additional duties as directed or delegated by management


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
