Pride Health is hiring a Clinic RN for our client in Mauston, WI! This is a Monday-Friday, no holidays, nights, or weekends position!
Pay: $2,082 weekly or a local rate of $54 hourly!
Shift: Mon-Fri 8 am-430 pm
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data to continuously meet care coordination needs across settings in conjunction with the patient, family, and/or other care providers.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for effectively managing the nursing care of individual patients.
- Document nursing assessments and interventions to reflect a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
- Assist or perform procedures (e.g., ECG s, catheter changes, injections, etc.)
- Perform telephone, My chart, and in-person triage for the multispecialty ambulatory clinic.
- Complete chart prep and paperwork, including FMLA, CMN forms, etc.
- Assist with medication management (e.g., medication renewals)
Requirements:
- Active WI or Compact RN License
- EPIC experience preferred.
- BLS certification.
