Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at Rothrock Construction. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management and ensuring construction safety. They will also need to demonstrate strong organization skills, budgeting abilities, and project management expertise.
Qualifications
- Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management skills
- Strong organization skills and budgeting abilities
- Experience in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with custom home building or commercial projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
