Business Development Manager


We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our fast growing HTG team. If you have experience in sales or business development and you enjoy meeting and connecting with new people, building and maintaining relationships, and don t take no for an answer, this may be the role for you.


What You ll Do:

Identify potential new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue.

Build customer relationships and negotiate and close business deals.

Make sales pitches and negotiate and close business deals..

Successfully prospect into accounts by translating their business goals into meaningful and viable selling opportunities

Identify and understand client needs as they relate to their business goals and collaborate with internal leadership to propose solutions that are mutually beneficial

Develop an ongoing plan to manage and own territory including knowledge of market size and competition, how to best position vs competitors, all potential prospects, and key influencers in territory.

Ensure recruiting teams are set up for success in working with new clients.

Understand what motivates our target market, the challenges our customers are facing, and the evolving technologies being leveraged by our industry.


What You ll Need

Excellent verbal and written Communication, Persuasion, Self-motivation, Analysis, Problem solving, and Negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software

3-5 years experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
