Salesforce Business Analyst

A large Salesforce End-User is looking to add an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to their team. The right candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience, a proven ability to improve business processes, and a passion for Salesforce.

We are seeking

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience
Experience working in enterprise organizations - prior experience working with organizations such as Dealer/Franchise, OEM, and Retail business models is a huge plus
Ability to gather business requirements and translate information from and to IT and Business Stakeholders
Ability to help design, document, and maintain system processes
Ability to configure in Salesforce (flow, process builder, reports, dashboards, permission sets, etc.)
Ability to work with business leaders to guide proper usage of the systems, provide training session/content to support end user utilization (New user groups or business functions)
Ability to contribute to major project success within the department, when relevant, by leading as a project manager to coordinate inputs from the department, IT, external stakeholders, and executive leadership as required
