Role Description
This is a role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients, assessing their health condition, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for monitoring patients' progress and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in providing direct patient care
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience in home care or geriatric nursing is a plus
