Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including managing the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with the team and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications

- Experience in store management
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
