Regional Vice President of Home Health Operations Opportunity Description



Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add a Regional Vice President of Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for multiple offices in Florida. Candidates can be based anywhere in Tampa Bay, Clearwater, or Orlando areas as long as they can travel regionally as needed. A Registered Nurse is required. Strong multi-site operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.



Regional Vice President of Home Health Operations Requirements

• Multi-site Home Health operations leadership experience


• Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.


• Registered Nurse is required. Bachelors degree preferred.


• Must be able to travel.

Regional Vice President of Home Health Operations Responsibilities

• Oversite of Home Health operations in the region.


• Oversite of directly reporting branch leaders.


• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
