Our client is a fast-growing company in healthcare technology & consulting is seeking a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis, building Board-level materials, and driving forecasting activities.
Location: Newtown Square, PA (3 days/week)
Salary: Up to 110k base + 10%bonus

Responsibilities:
Financial Forecasting: collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts
Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections
Board-Level Reporting: prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports, metrics, and presentations for Board meetings
Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, senior leadership, and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in an accessible manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field
Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Potential to grow into an internal VP of Financial Planning role or a Senior Associate/VP position within one of our private equity firms
