Position Chief People Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will report into the CEO and President. As a member of the leadership team, the CPO will develop HR strategies that align with the company s goals. The CPO will develop strategies and execute programs to attract, develop and retain talent.

Accountabilities:

• existing strategies and practices/ procedures and make recommendations in partnership with leadership.
• as a strategic and trusted advisor, providing guidance.
• talent acquisition strategies and processes that meet the needs of the business.
• strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• and execute a performance management program with clear expectations, improving employee performance and engagement.
• opportunities for employee training and upskilling to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• and execute the use of analytics as a tool to make informed decisions, such as workforce planning.
• effective employee relations programs, addressing workplace issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
• regular market analyses to ensure the company remains competitive with compensation and benefits.
• leadership team with annual review process.
• initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive organizational growth.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
• Proven experience leading organizations through change.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
