Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Manager. As a Senior Product Manager at Condoit, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with teams across the company, and managing the product life cycle. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. While the role is primarily located in the Austin, Texas area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

- Proven experience in product management and launching successful products
- Strong leadership, visionary, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience conducting market research and identifying customer needs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong technical background is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in the electrical systems industry or electrical engineering is a big plus
