Litigation Associate: An associate with 3-5 years experience in civil litigation to contribute to our expanding litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in comprehensive litigation case management, including conducting legal research, drafting motions,
managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
Utilize strong reasoning skills and demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities.
Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys, legal staff, clients, and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain organized case files and documentation.
Admission to the Utah State Bar.
What We Offer:
Expected Starting Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 --$170,000*
* Base Salary Range will depend on Experience

New Associate: A new to 1 year associate to provide litigation and transactional support.

What We Offer:
Expected Starting Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000 --$146,000*
* Base Salary Range will depend on Experience
