Description:

The Campaign Associate at a faith-based, non-profit organization located in Northbrook, IL will provide critical support for the Western Region fundraising team, assisting with all fundraising activities like preparing reports, editing materials, and managing databases. The candidate will assist with the planning and coordination of events, generate data queries for annual giving outreach, prepare analytical reports, and interact with various community groups requiring excellent customer service skills.


Additional duties include:

  • Tracking and recording donations, updating donor details, conducting development-related administrative tasks
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Ensuring data privacy and becoming the first point of contact for donors.


The candidate will also manage meeting/workshop/event coordination including scheduling, preparing notices and materials, attending meetings, taking minutes, conducting follow-up communication, and liaising with vendors.


This position is hybrid, 3 days in-office, 2 days' work from home. A good understanding of Israel is helpful but not required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of associate's degree. Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years administrative assistance experience, preferably within a non-profit organization.
  • Must have excellent writing and verbal communications skills, as well as accuracy, organization, and time management
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) and comfort working with database programs
  • Understanding of Raiser s Edge database or other non-profit CRM application
  • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
