Job Summary:

As a Project Executive, you'll lead large, complex commercial MEP projects while fostering the development of future project managers and leaders. Whether managing projects on-site during the week or exploring new opportunities with a relocation package, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in construction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large construction projects or oversee a team handling multiple projects, serving as the companies senior representative and primary point of contact.

- Lead and mentor project teams, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

- Implement lean tools and methodologies for efficient project management, including Last Planner System sessions and continuous improvement strategies.

- Coordinate design, trades, and subcontractor interactions to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project budgets, analyze costs, negotiate contract changes, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Lead monthly project reviews and contribute to divisional leadership initiatives.

- Actively engage with industry organizations to stay abreast of best practices and contribute to the companies thought leadership.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the related field, or equivalent experience (15-20 years) in Construction Management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large projects or multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project teams.

- Proficiency in mechanical engineering systems, including HVAC and Plumbing, and experience with value engineering analyses.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management software and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

- Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
