***We are***

A community inspired small batch brewing company with a 15-year history, one production brewing facility, and two unique taprooms. Were past the stage of wanting to be a really big craft brewery because weve found real creative freedom at a sweet spot between 5,000 and 10,000 Beer-Barrels (BBLs) of annual production with significant volume moving directly to consumers through our taprooms. Oakshire has historically relied exclusively on food trucks for all food service operations but under the leadership of our newly hired Hospitality Director, Oakshire is preparing to launch an internal food service operation for the first time. And were really excited about it!

Oakshires core purpose is to *create and share great beer experiences*; Oakshires four core values are: *community, craftsmanship, teaching and learning, and authenticity*. Every co-worker at Oakshire works to achieve Oakshires purpose through actions consistent with Oakshires values.

***Position Objective***

Oakshires *Taprooms and Integrated Food Service* are critical to the success of Oakshires coordinated retail and wholesale business units. The Oakshire Beer Hall opened in 2019 with a contracted food vendor in the kitchen space, who left the space in October 2021. Applicants who interview for the position will learn the details of our plans.

The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the Hospitality Director, working together to open the kitchen at the Oakshire Beer Hall, train co-workers, and establish expectations for product quality and consistency.
