Job Details
Our client is a leader in their niche, providing expertise to the healthcare industry. They wish to hire a Director of FP&A for the forecast, budget and the implementation and management of an automated reporting and rolling forecast solution.
- Essential duties will include-Manage the financial planning activities for the forecast, annual budget and long-range budget
- Manage the FP&A team and assist in FP&A reporting solutions
- Provide recommendations, drive financial understanding and assist with understanding cost improvement to provide operating expense leverage to the business
- Improve overall budgeting and forecasting accuracy and accountability
- Manage the analysis of financials, key drivers and metrics vs. historical performance, budgets, forecasts, and competitive benchmarking
- Implement and manage a Rolling Forecast, including implementing an automated rolling forecast
- Provide ad hoc data analysis, dashboarding, etc. to the business and other members of management
Job Requirements-
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
- 5+ years experience with FP&A including the management of FP&A
- Experience with automated FP&A solutions including implementation expertise
- Large company experience
- Private Equity experience is a plus
- Public Accounting experience is a plus
