Title: Customs Brokerage Manager
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 base + benefits
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Customs Brokerage department, ensuring timely and accurate clearance of inbound cargo.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to department members on Customs Brokerage Regulations and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor team performance against company standards and goals, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Conduct regular department meetings to communicate goals and expectations effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Active Customs Brokerage License required.
- 9-10 years of Customs Brokerage import experience, with 4-5 years in a supervisory/management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; experience with Cargowise is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to delegate workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in strategic planning and strong organizational skills.
- Proven professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
