Established Collections Law Firm is looking to add a Legal Consultant based in Connecticut to their team. Primarily remote schedule. Starting salary varies by experience . Starting salary up to 70K DOE. Profit sharing and benefits offered. Position can be F/T or P/T.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Guidance: Advise Law firm of all Connecticut-specific civil procedure laws, on how to file lawsuits, costs, and court process.
Litigation Tactics: Advise law firm of all Connecticut-specific civil litigation, from Plaintiff perspective.
Policy Development: Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices.
Compliance: Ensure law firm's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for Connecticut law.
Regulatory Affairs: Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, advising law firm on necessary actions.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2+ years of applicable legal experience
Skills: Strong attention to detail, compliance, and communication skills
Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for Connecticut Plaintiff Law Suit Filing.
