Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Construction Law practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on construction law matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to contribute to a collaborative team, work on challenging cases, and grow professionally within a thriving law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of construction law matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, and other related issues.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in construction law.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing construction law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently.
