Bluebird Staffing is looking for a Director of Behavior Health for a great Health Care Network in Lee County, FL!
Relocation reimbursement provided.
The Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for the overall clinical leadership and operation of the division s clinical services, in accordance with behavioral health regulatory requirements. They serve as a clinical expert, provide education and consultation services to ensure adequate resources are provided to meet patient and program needs. They provide direct patient care and clinical supervision to clinicians in the system. They ensure that the behavioral health policies and procedures are in place and aligned with best practice for therapeutic care. The director of behavioral health oversees the peer review process and provides feedback.
Education: Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
Experience: Minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in the health care field.
Licensure: PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida.
Certification: CPR/CPI
