Internship Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of biotechnology, including research and development, laboratory techniques, data analysis, and more. The intern will work closely with our team of scientists and researchers to contribute to ongoing projects and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with laboratory experiments and procedures under the guidance of senior researchers.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation using relevant software and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
  • Contribute to research projects by conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, share findings, and contribute to project discussions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in biotechnology.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the laboratory environment.
  • Present findings and project updates to the team during meetings or seminars.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Strong academic background with coursework in biology, chemistry, ML/AI or similar disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques such as qPCR, multichannel pipetting, LCMS, and DSF/Tycho.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, Python) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative research projects in biotechnology.
