We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, constructing compelling ad copy, monitoring and analyzing results, and generating high-quality leads. You will successfully manage significant monthly budgets, optimizing campaigns for performance, and driving results for clients by performing the following duties.


The Job:

  • Manages, reviews, and performs daily account responsibilities associated with paid search and paid social media platforms.
  • Creates, develops, and implements effective long- and short-term paid search strategies.
  • Plans, executes, and optimizes PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement; reports KPIs to executive team through various dashboards.
  • Implements strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provides creative copy suggestions for ads and landing pages across the digital ecosystem.
  • Provides recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structure, and targeting.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in search experience including SEO & paid search
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and other PPC platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong background in data analysis and content strategy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and present data findings to executive team
  • Strong grasp of SEM strategy: research, campaign structure, measurement and optimization
  • Customer-centric, change agent, agile, disruptive and innovative in approach
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
