JOB TITLE: Associate Dealer Program Sales Representative, Car Business Unit

REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Director & KAD Associate Dealer Program

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for Associate Dealer Program growth by implementing the Pirelli Performance Program business model and Sales strategy - in the assigned Region - in order to achieve volumes, profitability and product positioning aligning sales objectives with Company Business Strategy.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Focus on acquiring new accounts: identify, engage, and develop while retaining business relationships with dealerships by selling products and meeting customer needs.


  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.


  • Work closely with the marketing and product marketing teams to deploy and optimize the engagement activities for each new account.


  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.


  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.


  • Critically analyze sales/profitability of each dealer and propose improvement actions to upper management.


  • Proactively collaborate cross-functionally with Pirelli dealer program team, pricing, demand planning, marketing.


  • Remain knowledgeable and confident on:

> Sales process models, definitions, sales pipeline and sales funnel.

> Time management principles and tools, e.g. software, scheduler, marketing tools, SMART goals.

> How to manage majority of customer s minimum requirements.

> Customer growth and retention vs. new customer acquisition.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or equivalent


  • 3+ years of relevant experience


  • Availability to travel up to 80% of the year; including weekends


  • Project management knowledge: with ability to plan, execute, review and standardize, continuously improve, and apply new ways of engaging sales teams and customers in learning about our product and brand


  • Excellent Customer service


  • Strong Industry and Product knowledge


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint


  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and SAP (preferred)
