We're working with a pioneer in Web3, who are leading the way towards a decentralized future, shaping the open data space and empowering entrepreneurs worldwide.


They champion a decentralized internet; building on open-source principles, they challenge the status quo of web2, fostering innovation and are working towards a permissionless future, where smarts contracts are the go-to.


They're seeking a dynamic, creative, and technical Senior Product Manager to drive the development of best-in-class products, for developers building on their platform. Their product lineup includes indexing software, CLI tools, and user interfaces like Studio and Explorer.


In this role, you'll focus on the holistic user experience, understanding developer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration is at the core of this position you'll work closely with all teams across the business to ensure the success of their products.


What You'll Do:

Conduct user research and analysis to gain deep insights into customer needs and product requirements.

Plan, scope, and validate features and products, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.

Collaborate with designers and engineers across the ecosystem to drive product discovery and delivery.

Lead go-to-market efforts in collaboration with the marketing and business teams.

Do whatever it takes to ensure the success of your product and team.


What They're Looking For:

Demonstrated expertise in modern user research, product discovery, and product delivery techniques.

4+ years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.

Ability to learn and understand multiple functional areas of an organization, including engineering, research, design, finance, business development, and marketing.
