Position Summary: The KITH- Treats Counter Associate is the face of the KITH Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first in class experience to all new and returning KITH-Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best-in-class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
- Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert!
- Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.
- Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.
- Applying our iconic "Swirl" to our highly sought-after desserts.
- Proactively communicating inventory needs with management.
- Remaining updated on all company activations, as well as any brand partnerships.
- Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
- Follow all Food & Safety process, policies, and procedures,
- Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.
- Assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTSExperience:- 1-2 years in a food/beverage position
- 1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling, preferred but not required
- Valid Department of Health Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate
Skills:- Effective communication
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Ability to stand for a prolonged periods of time
- Lifting or moving up to 30 pounds
- Bending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations
