Procurement Manager


Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a purchasing function (procurement, sourcing, category management, etc.).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement BI dashboards preferred.
  • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers in strategic and tactical procurement activities.
  • Manage key supplier relationships and support the implementation of global supply programs.
  • Collaborate with customers on complex supplier programs, including price and supply negotiations.
  • Set goals for the procurement team and ensure execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.
  • Define and monitor inventory targets for procured items.
  • Proactively report shortages and escalate production problems to ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion supplier scorecard and risk management processes.
  • Participate in corporate sourcing initiatives and lead program implementation at the site level.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to execute projects aligned with global supply chain initiatives.
  • Lead multi-functional teams to drive process improvements and system solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO regulations, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
